The Signature Series at North Ranch Redlands was an assemblage of four separate parcels totaling 38 acres located in the northeast corner of Redlands, California. The first parcel closed in August 2014 with the last being acquired in December 2017. The property was entitled in two phases. In June 2016, phase one was approved for 55 single-family residential lots plus 9.21 acres of open space and in August 2017, phase two was approved for 14 single-family residential lots. The community was designed with a minimum of 14,000 square foot lots and offered large single and two-story homes showcasing three to five car garages, numerous builder options, plus outdoor living spaces. The community closed out in July 2020.
