10.24 Acres owned and managed by Diversified Pacific Opportunity Fund

Diversified Pacific is pleased to report the successful sale of a 10.24 acre property  in Riverside County that was held within their Diversified Pacific Opportunity Fund.  The site is located in the Woodcrest area of Unincorporated Riverside County, east of the intersection of Markham and Roosevelt Streets.  Woodcrest is a highly desirable residential area, known for its rural lifestyle and highly rated public and private schools.
