Diversified Pacific announces the successful sale of 224 lots to Trumark Homes

148 Acres/224 lots owned and managed by Diversified Pacific Opportunity Fund

Diversified Pacific is pleased to report the sale of 224 lots on 148 acres in the Temescal Valley area of unincorporated Riverside County, CA.  The property remained undeveloped for years due to a lack of infrastructure capacity. The Diversified team was instrumental in designing a plan to increase capacity for this area by the expansion of the Horsethief Canyon Wastewater Treatment Facility. The new plant was completed in the summer of 2024.  The property is located west of the I-15 Freeway, fronting De Palma Road.
