Diversified Pacific announces the successful sale of 30 Acres of Estate zoned land in the Woodcrest area of Riverside County, CA

30 acres owned and managed by Diversified Pacific Opportunity Fund

Diversified Pacific is pleased to report the successful sale of 3 parcels totaling 30 acres in Riverside County that was held within their Diversified Pacific Opportunity Fund.  The parcels are located north of Iris Avenue and west of Chicago Avenue. Woodcrest is a highly desirable residential area, known for its rural lifestyle and highly rated public and private schools.
