Diversified Pacific announces the successful sale of 24 Semi-Finished lots in La Quinta, CA to Crestwood Communities

7.76 Acres/24 lots owned and managed by Diversified Pacific Opportunity Fund

Diversified Pacific is pleased to report the sale of 24 lots on 7.76 acres in La Quinta, California to Crestwood Communities.  The lots, a portion of the 78 lot Coral Mountain/Malaga property was held within their Diversified Pacific Opportunity Fund.  The property is located at the northwest corner of Madison Avenue and 60th A venue in La Quinta, near the Andalusia Country Club.
